CANCELLATIONS

At Amber Jane, I do my best to make sure all your needs are taken care of. If you have to cancel or change your appointment, just let me know. If you inform me less than 24 hours before your scheduled time, I have to charge an administration fee and cannot guarantee I will be able to get you in. Want to find out more? Get in touch.

LATE ARRIVALS

I understand that due to your busy schedule, you may find yourself running late. If you think you are going to be late, please call and let me know. If you are more than 15 minutes late, your appointment may be cancelled. If I keep the appointment for you, I may not be able to complete the full service you booked.
